Training Programs

Adapted from the courses taught at Stanford University, this tailored sequence of three 4-day training and development programs instills the basic skills needed to improve decision making in your organization. Each program covers one of the three legs of the decision analysis stool: focus, discipline, and passion. More detail about these topics is provided on the Courses page.

Participants form cross-departmental and cross-functional teams to become proficient in using state-of-the-art tools and techniques of decision analysis. Their goal is to enhance the quality of both the process and content of decisions being made throughout your organization. Learning will be reinforced by working on current decisions facing these managers.

Three levels of decision analysis proficiency are possible to achieve -- apprentice, journeyman, and master. Upon completion of the training and development boot camp, participants are admitted to the Decision Analysis Guild where professional networks are maintained to advance the art and science of decision making.
