A pre-paid monthly retainer guarantees a fixed number of hours of advice and guidance on any issue related to decision making anywhere in your organization.

The retainer ensures the availability of the guaranteed hours each month, subject only to scheduling constraints. In addition, advice and guidance clients receive a reduced rate on additional hours beyond the guarantee.

Advice and guidance services include:

• executive decision making -- offering sideline advice on game plans and execution strategies,
• project leadership guidance -- helping leaders motivate and inspire project teams,
• project management review -- helping managers organize and run large projects,
• decision analysis troubleshooting -- solving problems when using decision analysis tools and techniques, and
• decision quality recommendations -- measuring and improving the quality of decisions.
