Decision Making in Organizations
is a full academic year of university courses on how to use decision analysis to improve both the process and content of decision making in business enterprises, non-profit entities, educational and healthcare institutions, and government organizations.

Developed at Stanford University, these graduate courses can be added to the curriculum of any institution of higher education.  The sequence of courses covers the 32 modules that are essential in making good decisions.  Each module includes four one-hour classes as follows:

bulleta lecture and discussion on a decision-making concept and its associated tools
bulletan exercise or demonstration to make the concept and tools real
bulletan application example or case study to show the concept and tools in use
bulleta lab or section assignment to practice applying the concept and tools.

The 32 modules are naturally grouped around four focal points:  people, process, models, and analysis.
