tailored sequence of four 4-day training programs develops the basic skills needed to improve decision making in your
organization. Each program covers one focal point: people,
process, models, or analysis. More detail about these topics is provided on Courses.
Participants form cross-departmental and cross-functional teams to become proficient in using state-of-the-art tools and techniques of decision analysis. Their goal is to enhance the quality of both the process and content of decisions being made throughout your organization. Learning will be reinforced by working on current decisions facing these managers. Three levels of development are available:
