Developed at Stanford University, this full academic year of courses on decision making in organizations
is available as 32 modules, each with four 1-hour classes that cover the
essential lectures, discussion, exercises, demonstrations, applications,
case studies, and section assignments.
Training and Development Programs
Adapted from the Stanford courses, this sequence of four 4-day
programs provides the basic training needed to develop proficiency in using
decision analysis skills to improve decision making in your organization.
Three levels of certification are provided: apprentice, journeyman, and master.
Strategy Seminars and Workshops
In two 3-day sessions that are a blend of seminar and workshop styles,
your leadership team will have the opportunity to learn what makes good strategy
and then apply these principles as they work together to craft a strategy that
