A pre-paid monthly retainer guarantees a fixed number of hours of advising and coaching on any issue related to decision making anywhere in your organization.

The retainer ensures the availability of the guaranteed hours each month, subject only to scheduling constraints. In addition, advising and coaching clients receive a reduced rate on additional hours beyond the guarantee.

project management review -- helping managers organize and run large projects
decision analysis troubleshooting -- solving problems in using decision analysis tools/ techniques
